On Tuesday, May 14, 2025, I chose several bolts of fabric and proceeded to the cutting table. I rang the bell and waited for several minutes then rang it again. No associate came to assist me. I continued to wait. I have spent many dollars at this location. While security was following me, could they have contacted an associate? Why am I followed while shopping at this store? Harassment? Intimidation? I’m sure that I am not the only customer who has experienced such poor service in addition to the close proximity of their security.
