Harbor Freight in general is great. Your experience at the Rockford store depends on what employees are working though, certain employees offer help and are knowledgeable. Other employees are completely clueless and extremely rude.

It really depends on who is working what kind of help you will get when you're looking for something. Most of the employees are great, and there's a good selection of tools of decent quality for occasional use.

I love tools and they have lots but if you want to use your coupons or if you know that there's a discount you better mention it at the register or they will not give it to you they don't go overboard to help you with your services of buying with coupons unless you can proven like on your phone from your emails

This is a fantastic old school hardware store where you can support local and get what you need quickly. The service was amazing and fast. All around top notch. Looking forward to coming back.
