My fiance (John Cunningham) already left a review but I absolutely love my engagement ring!! They remounted a family ring for me and it's absolutely stunning, my friends and family are raving about it. Victoria was very helpful and enthusiastic about the whole project!

I proposed with my mom’s original ring, which my dad got at Gruno’s. (With my parents’ blessing,) I got the ring re-set to my fiancée’s preferences, with the original diamonds, and we are blown away be the results! Victoria and my fiancée worked from a sketch to fashion the original diamonds into a beautifully ornate pattern that we are both thrilled with! We would easily recommend Grunos to anyone looking for jewelry. Victoria was communicative, very knowledgeable, and shared in the excitement about re-setting the ring in such a major way. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process, and to sound like a broken record, would easily recommend her to anyone looking for a ring! Needless to say, we’ll be back for our wedding bands!

Jeannie was such a huge help for my fiancé and I when we first started looking for engagement rings!! She was so kind and helpful and showed us everything we asked for and what my fiancé had in mind! We will forever go to her for anything we need in regards to rings and watches. She is the best.

Always have the greatest experiences with Jeannie. She is so sweet and very helpful every time we come in. She helped us pick out an engagement ring setting and diamond, re-sized my engagement ring, and helped pick out a wedding band. She is so helpful and knowledgeable about any questions you have. She is always available for communication via email or text. She’s the best!!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They removed very tight fighting watch straps without scuffing the material even a tiny bit. Amazing attention to detail, and a wonderful watch selection. I couldn’t review these folks any higher.

Jesse Mena is a Rock Star! She is truly a diamond in the rough at Gruno's Diamonds. Jesse magically custom designed a silver necklace with a beautiful medallion to honor the life of my beloved cat Lexi/LeLe. Jesse listens to the customer and creates a design that honors the customer's wishes. I found Jesse to be very helpful, caring, and intuitive when creating my dream jewelry. Jesse and the Gruno's staff sincerely care about the customer's wishes. They listen, care, and create the moment you enter their friendly establishment. Jesse and Gruno's will make you happy!

Victoria helped us build a very special necklace. We had looked at several jewelers but hadn’t found just the right one. We were able to select a rose gold chain with white gold bezel and ForeverMark diamond. It turned out beautiful. Victoria was not only knowledgeable, but friendly and helpful during the design process. Thank you to Gruno’s for a gift from my husband that I treasure!

We purchased an eternity wedding band in March, 2023. By March, 2024, 3 small diamonds had either cracked or fallen out. The manager said this happens, not much we can do for you. If you want a ring you can continue to dump money into, I recommend them. Price just under 10K. To be clear my wife is retired and does not do anything rigorous unless laundry qualifies.

We had a really great experience buying my husband's wedding band here. It was a while ago now and I can't remember the staff member's name but she really took care of us. We are from out of town and literally had 7 days to get a wedding band before our ceremony. They didn't have anything in the right size that my husband liked on the Saturday, but they invited us back on Tuesday with a big selection of rings in his size that we could take home that day. The service was so, so kind and accommodating given the limited time frame and the price was even better. We walked out feeling like we had the better bargain. If I ever need jewelry service again in Rockford I would no doubt return to Gruno's. Thank you again!
