FitMe Wellness was founded as a fully local small business in 2011. We wanted to create an environment where Rockfordian's could be supported while they pursue moving more and learning to eat better.
Now the most award-winning full service health club in Rockford, we have served the varied fitness needs of our community, from strength training and cardio equipment available 24/7, to personal training, semi-private and small group personal training, and group fitness classes like Zumba, yoga, spinning, etc.
With members 12 to 92, members of all ages and fitness levels are able to find effective ways to exercise at FitMe Wellness. We have different membership types to fit everyone.
