Right services and right location but the ai answering service did not make it easy to find the full service sight. Visited 4 others before we found it. Very frustrating.

Always nice people, there's bad reviews about not getting the stuff but is simple, if is yours, get your ID and you get what they sent you. !!03/04/24Had to drop 2 stars mainly for the over night service!! If you are not going to respect what people paid for, you can start changing the name to over the week!Once I didn’t change the reviews but second time paying $60 just to find out ground was faster with exactly the same product!

Worst experience ever. Had a package from fedex rockford delivery that was supposed to be signed. Had an expensive cell phone in it. Phone was ruined because it was down pouring outside and driver just left it in the rain. drivers forge your signatures so it pointless to request that.....

THEY DELIVER TO THE WRONG NEIGHBORHOOD!!I ordered a mattress from Bear two weeks ago. I got a notice from Bear that my bed was delivered with a picture of the box my husband's tent came in and another smaller item. NO MATTRESS!! I am out almost 2k - AGAIN!A few years ago I ordered a 6' wide TV cabinet from Wayfair. What they delivered was a set of gigantic mufflers in a totally torn up box. WTH??They cannot even track down the wrong deliveries.TAKE A PICTURE OF THE LABELS when you provide prove of delivery.Did these drivers even pass the 3rd grade??

3rd time in the last month I got a notification saying delivery attempted, but each time I’ve been home, and no delivery was actually attempted. Seems to be a pattern w/ this Rockford hub smh. UPS would never.
