Lin who worked tonight was one of the worst sales associates I have ever encountered and she should not be working with people. I had to quickly run to get pants for work tomorrow and she would not let me try them on, slamming the door in my face because it was 15 minutes before close. I would have took 2 minutes and not left any mess just rude.

I visited this store yesterday, on the recommendation of a work colleague, and was very impressed with the welcome I received. Tammy was awesome, attending to me with patience and composure. She was very helpful, making recommendations without being pushy.Thank you for a great shopping experience. Express Factory Outlet in Cherry Vale Mall is now my “go to store” for clothing.

I needed a sports coat and pants very quickly for a funeral. The manager was super helpful and friendly and was spot on with size suggestions and did offer a variety of choices! I will definitely be shopping there again!
