If I could give zero stars I would. What a disgusting store and disgusting staff. Every worker there should be fired. They are a disgrace to what dollar tree should be. I was literally pushed over by a manager there and she smelled like dirty clothes and alcohol. I have already reported this store to the city for drug use in the back room. Do not go here! Avoid at all costs!

I called the store and asked for corporate number as a customer spending their money .. I was told by a manager by the name of Crystal that they would lose their job if they give me corporate number . I’ve never heard of something so crazy in my life

Watch yourself going to the dollartree on Jefferson St in Rockford il some girl named Brittany accused me of taking some lotion that cost a buck and 25cent an im looking to get her fired from the and wanting on a Corp call so I can have her remove from that position for falsely accusing me I'm going to speak with my lawyer about that situation aa well. I will never go there again until she has been permanently removed from that store

The women with the braids is the rudest individual. Should not be working in customer service! One lady always working by herself while 3 others are in the office knowing the line is long! None of them ! Will never go to that Dollar tree again

This Dollar Store had a lot more products than I imagined they had. Lots of items that I pictured being more than a dollar and 25 cents. The back wall of the store even has refrigerator items. I and several other people all decided to check out at the same time so it was a long line. As soon as an employee noticed the line they had others jump on a register and had everyone through the lines in just a few minutes. Great store for a dollar store. They have a little of everything there. Party items, crafts, kids' toys, shelved foods, snacks, electronics, refrigerator foods, gardening supplies, holiday items, and a lot more.
