The last few attempts to renew my State ID have been absolutely horrible. The woman at the information desk was the exact opposite of kind and helpful. In fact, she was downright rude. I would never recommend this location. Ever.

Went on a Saturday and couldn’t have been more friendly and quick. Had an appointment at 8:50 and was out of there at 9. Easily my best experience at a Dmv

Real ID checklist accepts credit reports. Manager couldn’t figure this out after reviewing this twice. She promptly asked me to sit down after I showed her on the front page. Then she ran away into her office. They accepted it but overall bad experience and bad customer service. This is the sad expectation of the DMV.Lots of passive aggressive comments when reviewing the documents.

Terrible experience for my wife who is a 100% disabled veteran. Requiring her to come in repeated times because the DMV made a clerical error not her. Wouldn’t allow her to state the error and have it fixed over the phone.

The lady at the info desk was very rude and not helpful. I think it was very silly for the dmv to require appointments. Its not a 5 star restaurant. It is literally A task we are all forced to do.

Guess you have to make an appointment now online before you can renew your license. Unbelievable very disappointing and a waste of people's time

Our experience here was really smooth! We booked an appointment beforehand and when we got there, the security guard was very helpful and directed us to the information desk line. We waited a few min and then spoke with Romana who was super helpful, first making sure we had all the documents we needed to ensure the ID process was successful. Taking a picture was no more than 3-5 min. We waited around 5min more for our number to be called and then the ID process itself didn't take more than 6-8 min. Once we had completed it, Romana was kind enough to add us to a wait list to attempt to complete another process we needed with our plates. We waited about 10 min, and even with how busy they were, we were grateful to be called from that waitlist, and as we did this second process, Mary was super kind and helpful in getting us the plates and ensuring our registration went through and our questions answered. This didn't take more than 6-8min. All in all we were there around 45min or so and everything went super smoothly!

The information people were great , but Ramona seemed very displeased when she said "oh you have a truck ". Then said I should have a "smaller vehicle". She failed my son on a driver's test having him go through a turn so tight my truck will not fit. I kindly ask her to show me that she can do it, because I definitely cannot . The only time she smiled is when she said he failed . If you read this please show me you can make the same turn you expect him too.

Went to this location today, took the vision test which I watched her wipe down. After I was done I watched her wipe it for the next person and realized she was wiping it with a piece of dry napkin! Gross! No wet wipe or sanitizing of it between customers… this is unacceptable! Pink eye and all sorts of eye and skin issues are contagious!

Fake officer here ,needs not to include himself with job duties that aren't his!.. "Asking questions" is already what officers nationwide have been not allowed to do,and I am fully aware that on any day, this place has alot of individuals. It is ACTUALLY,that the direction after entering,is leading toward employee that will suggest a window for you. NEVER,will there be an officer needing to apply any energy on shift at the DMV. Facts! Not even asking"Do you have a firearm" which will never be an officer ASKING anyway... STOP THE NON-SENSE!!!
