I was in a pinch to get my son some soccer cleats, after ordering a pair online for store pickup got to the store and realized my order was cancelled because they no longer had the pair ordered. I went back to the shoe area where there were at least 5 more customers in need of help. I was able to snag Raheem who gave the same attention to me and the others waiting. He handled everyone's questions and requests with ease. Even after asked for the wrong size he was able to come in clutch and helped give me options to then FaceTime said son. He literally gave me 5 boxes total again while also helping everyone else. So Raheem 5 stars for you.

This was the second time I tried to buy skates from this store. Selection is small and poorly stocked It is located quite litteraly in the very back corner of the store. They have no accessories, no parts and no one knowledgeable about the product. This last time I had to litteraly move a pile of garbage that was infront of the limited stock they had. There isn't a stool or bench to sit on when trying to fit yourself for the propper skate. I should have known the solar powered securty camera trailer in the parking lot was a sure sign this store is geheto AF!

Rockford store great location but short on inventory and sales people. Reminds me of Home Depot when back in the day they went to part timers to reduce costs. Couldn't find competent help to answer questions. Golf galaxy is understaffed in both inventory and knowledgeable employees. Too much department sharing.

Be forewarned. If you order $114 shoes online that don’t fit, the store will not accept them for return unless you only try them on inside. Probably walked 50 feet in themoutside. We all know these shoes cost about $14 to make. Lousy policy. Shifting on me to call Hoka. I have worn size 12 all my life and these simply hurt when I walk. Thanks K. (store associate), you had discretion but didn’t want to exercise it. You did not see this as a manufacturing defect but it’s quite possible it is. Hint: not all manufacturing defects are visible. I will be paying HOKA $20 to evaluate myself because one shouldn’t have to pay for shoes that don’t fit right.Dick’s Store: please do not respond—unless I am getting a return or replacement, I amnot satisfied with your level of customer service and your quick-to-deny policy.Was online told it would be easy return, just bring in the email. Just don’t do online orders would be my advice. Deleting my Dick’s account, your policy sucks.

The store is clean, well organized and has excellent customer service. My friend and I were looking for some shoes that had great arch support and comfortable. The employee Arexis assisted us. He was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and patient. I honestly was going to wait another day to purchase expensive gym shoes ($200), but he was so easy to deal with and helped me make a great decision on a pair.Can’t say enough good things about him.

We went in to get my son a pair of basketball shoes. I have never bought them before. The associate was really helpful. He measured my son's foot. We were able to start with the size he measured at and up to a size that felt right.
