Very welcoming and willing to meet you were you are. Jeremy and Dina are some of the best coaches and are not afraid to get in there and do it with you, without being in your face about it!

Was visiting the area from PA and dropped in for two classes. Nice clean gym. Coaches and members were very welcoming and friendly at both classes. Highly recommend
