The store lacked the ability to remove the unwanted insurance when we purchased a new phone and paid the monthly bill. This added an $8 fee that caused our phones to be shut down on a weekend. 12 hours later we were able to go to an open store but were charged a $20 fee after the employee got the $8 mistake removed. Whomever they "chatted" with insisted we had to pay it to reinstate service. I had to call on Monday to get that fee back as a credit. This also cost unrecoverable money as a business opportunity was foiled and reputation trashed. We have been customers for many years and recommended this company so this insult over Cricket's 8 dollar error will not be taken lightly.

This ISN'T a review of this place. This is a review of Cricket Wireless Corporate. I bought a phone off the Cricket website on 5/12/22 with the intention of porting my number over to Cricket. I received the phone the next day. The whole display didn't light up, towards the bottom of the display it was very dim. They sent me a return label via email and I sent the phone back. They received it on 5/17. I have not received a refund. They told me I would receive a refund within ten days of them getting my phone. They received it on 5/17. Everytime I call and as about the refund, I spend an hour MINIMUM on the phone, most of the time I have to call 3 or 4 times. Today I spent and hour and 10 minutes on the phone with them, not on hold, but being passed back and forth to people, before HAVING to hang up on them. Cricket is a nightmare.

Always a nice surprise when a phone store experience is positive! I went on Saturday, 1/15. I was frustrated with corporate for making me get a new phone, blaming 5g when my former phone was capable, so I came in right when they opened. Gleice was great, helpful calm and kind. Don't judge Cricket stores from your corporate phone experiences--locations like this more than compensate!

Horrible customer service from the 2 females working tonight. 12/23/2021 at 330pm. One helped us, got the phone we wanted and proceeded to take phone calls, that must have been the manager on the other line, because the worker was talking about last night's drops and irrelevant things, also told us she got a raise, Then she stopped helping us to help another customer and got on the phone again all while holding the phone we were going to buy. We walked out and plan on never coming back. Never will go in this location again.

Associates to get paid to answer the phone don't like to help customers they are very rude you would think when you're trying to make a $100 payment on a line you would try to help somebody I guess my money is no good
