Chick-fil-a is usually one of our favorites to stop for a quick meal when in Rockford shopping. Tonight was a big disappointment. My husband's sandwich came without the cheese that should have been on it. My grilled nuggets seemed to be a piece of grilled chicken just cut up and torn apart. Trash bins were overflowing both inside and out. If this had been our first time there, we wouldn't go back or recommend. I know you can do better. There were plenty of employees around so it wasn't due to a short staff.

So Monday was my 2nd time at this place, Went a little early before 10: AM I didn't know there was breakfast only! but I request couple items from the lunch menu and they were really kind and made my food. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much.?
