I have never been to a place with more incompetent people working than this Casey's. I put an order for two pizzas one hot sausage and one regular sausage. I also put in the directions to please label them so I know which ones they are. Not asking the world here. This is what I received. When I asked which one was what, they said they have no idea. How hard is it to label pizza boxes especially when there are directions??? This is not the first time this place has messed up. This is like the third. That's why I'm leaving a review because this is getting ridiculous. Management needs to step up and do some more training or hire some better people. Ridiculous.

The card readers are usually not working so you are suppose to walk inside to pay for gas. This leaves you guessing how much to pay for and the line to pay for gas is forever because the workers are off doing other tasks. Since this is a consistent issue I need to remember this and stop using this location.

Used to be our 'go to' stop, but for the few months or more, you are not able to get gas at the pump without going in. I went in once and they mentioned there was a system issue, but it has been going on so long, that I've stopped going there for gas. I've stopped at least five times and left as the card reader errors out without any further directions.

Shout out to DeAngela (sorry I don't know how to spell it!), she had stellar customer service and took great care of my family and I.We enjoy the pizza at Casey's, and even like it without cheese for any dairy free people like us out there. Thanks Casey's and team!!

They have been opening lateIn the past 2 weeks there has been 3 times I have gone there at 6:05 or later and the doors are still locked and there is staff in there I usually wait atleast 5 min and end up leaving this morning 4 other cars left also the posted hours state they open at 6 they are losing alot of business

I used to come in here all the time but since I've stopped working I haven't really stopped there. Well I did today at like 515am or something like that. I can usually expect there to be some subs or some good food available in the cooler. NOT TODAY! The cooler had some food that looked gross and then the breakfast pizza look old and nasty. The cashier was just standing there looking at her nails not doing anything. I will not be stopping in again any time soon.

I stopped in there at 8:30 in the morning on 8/31 and the staff was so outstanding! I was on the way home with my daughter after an appointment with a medical specialist in the area and we stopped because we needed something to drink. My daughter was looking at the hot food selection and the woman cooking it offered to make her something fresh. Then a young man who worked there came up and recommended the food items he felt were the best. Even the girl at the cash register was so friendly that morning... we felt like we walked back in time when customer service was so important to companies. We plan on making it a regular stop when we are out there for our doctor appointment follow ups. Thank you for such great service, it made our day!

Came in before our flight back to Arizona..my daughter wanted a breakfast pizza from Casey's before we left. It was almost 11am and all the slices were gone. Matt was so accommodating. He made one up for us! Thank you Matt! It would not have been a complete trip home without it!

I was there for my 6:15 am breakfast pizza pick up. I waited without any acknowledgement for over 7 minutes, to find out the pizza maker was still working on the order. Long story short, 10 minutes past my pick up time, I asked for an update and was told it would be at least another 8 minutes. I didn't schedule for a 6:30 am pick up, as I needed to be arriving at my destination by that time. Attendant making the pizza's was very snippy with the other attendant who at least acknowledged me after 10 minutes and was trying to see how much longer I would have to wait. I received no apologies and I decided to leave without the 5 pizzas's. I picked up donuts from another establishment.
