I have been to Busch Jewelers three times for different jewelry and every single time the customer service has been impeccable. I had gone to them when my wife’s stone fell out of her setting and they were 100% concerned and gave her top notch service in getting it put back in the ring. Mitch Busch has set the bar high for customer service and has trained his people who work there the same. Every time I go in there, it is a very casual experience, the sales team is not trying to push something off on you that you do not like or want. Also, their knowledge of jewelry is top of the line. I would not go anywhere else for my jewelry needs.

Could not say enough about Mitch and his staff. My son and his now wife were treated so kindly. We were not a big dollar purchase, regardless we were treated so kindly. We only had 2 weeks to put this wedding together they worked with us and the rings were beautiful.

My mom passed away and she had an old ring that had 4 opals in a broken setting. She had some jewelry made from it over the years. She made me a ring long ago for my wedding but my home was burglarized one night and that ring was stolen. When she died, I took the last remaining opal she left me to Busch to see if he could make me a new ring. Opals are delicate. They did! I absolutely love it! It reminds me of my mom!

My fiance came in and the amazing staff helped him pick out the perfect ring. They were very friendly and helpful and we are coming back to get our wedding rings. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I worked closely with Connor through the process of trying to procure an engagement ring. Connor was extremely helpful the entire time and answered all questions I had. I went into Busch Jewelers after a horrible experience at a nearby jewelry store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young man and a young lady. The young lady was excellent! I told her what style I was looking for and and she went above and beyond to help me out. I must of tried on 10 rings before I found the one I absolutely knew was the perfect fit for me. She wasn't pushy, which is huge for me. She didn't rush me, it was such a pleasant experience. She was very, very thorough in explaining everything. I forgot her name because I'd love to mention her:(When I went back in to pick up my ring, Connor, the young man remembered my name!!! And he even knew who sent me :) I've found the jewelry store that will be my forever go to for all my jewelry, whether it be for myself or for gifts. Hands down, the best experience I've ever had. Give this place a try. You will NOT be disappointed!!! Trust me. Thank you Busch Jewelers you guys are amazing!!!

I recently was looking for a special Mother's Day gift for my wife. I had an idea of what I wanted but needed some assistance. I went to Busch Jewelers and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were so very attentive and helpful without being pushy. They patiently showed me a variety of necklaces until I found the prefect one. The quality was exceptional and the craftsmanship exquisite.
