I only give BMO Harris Bank one star because it's required to leave a review.
The only way your going to have a smooth banking experience is to be elderly and complacent and unable to manage their account like they used to.
A disgruntled family member was able to go in and freeze all of my 87 year old mothers account just by calling up and claiming she was my mother and suspected fraud! We had to go in and switch all of my moms accounts and had to deal with the manager AMANDA who was the MOST uncomfortable person to deal with. She was so RUDE and smart mouth. She walked around the bank with her keys clinking as if she were a prison guard.
This tellers were all rude and side-eyed, the bank had the coldest atmosphere when you walk in! Not even a kind hello or soft music playing to warm the place up a bit.
AMANDA is a direct result of of this. Her personality is a direct result of this whole bank.
We finally resolved my mother's accounts after weeks of hassle and the first bill we paid (NICOR) , and the accounts were immediately froze again for suspected fraud! Back into AMANDA we go. After weeks of not having access to the account and trying to fix the problem, we all together left BMO and went to First Mid where the atmosphere felt good, EVERYBODY is kind and friendly. The specific banker we now deal with is absolutely wonderful. (Daisy)
BMO HARRIS BANK SUCKS AND IF THE BANK IS THE WAY IT IS THE FIRST THING YOU BETTER CHECK IS YOUR MANAGER. AMANDA should not he representing this bank. In fact, she's caused you to lose a 35 year customer! I am going to tell everybody to switch! The only customers you guys have are those who have gotten too comfortable to make change!

Terrible place, we spent about 1 hour waiting for someone to serve us. When they were free we asked if they could serve us, they told us that they were waiting for us.

We use the walk up ATM at this location. It is supposed to be available for 24 hours. Tried to use it last night and the doors were locked.

While I don’t love BMO Harris, I’ve had issues with fraud, I LOVE working with Andrew at this BMO branch! He was so helpful and personable and really made me feel comfortable with how my money was being handled. He’s also a cool dude who plays guitar, so check out his musical skills as well as his monetary ones. Andrew rocks!

I stayed at the embassy suites which is just down the block. Walked down to look at this building. It looks fairly modern and like a nice place for a game. It appears a team named the Ice Hogs play here.

We visit Rockford once a year to watch the Manitoba Moose play the Rockford Ice Hogs. We have NEVER had a bad experience at the BMO Harris Bank Center. Great staff and great fans.

This is a fun venue that is not too big so every seat is a good one. It hosts many events that are easy to enjoy because of the comfort of the seating.

This smaller stadium is easy to get around especially if the elevator is working. Variety of merchandise for sale. Friendly staff. Charity donation got us a ride the 'Hamboni'. $5 parking across the street.
