I like the fact that this is a local business not some humongous box store. We need more of this. I'm an older guy who misses the sense of community where businesses were locally owned and run by people who were essentially your neighbors. You guys are contributing that and it's a good thing. I have had Bisconti Computers taking care of both my desktop and my laptop computer for the last couple years and last week I had issues with my laptop. I needed to take a state exam from home and they needed me to disable one of Bisconti‘s programs that was on my laptop to protect it. The program was not able to be disabled and had to be uninstalled, which I was not able to do so I called (the day before the test) and they were able to uninstall remotely. After passing the exam, I took it back in to Bisconti to have them reinstall and do a tuneup (All of which was included in my package). I was only without my laptop for one business day. I am very grateful for their quick and helpful response ? I highly recommend Bisconti Computers for all your computer needs.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Was told two days, I had to call them back multiple times. Told them the operating system needed to be reinstalled. They charged me roughly $260 to reinstall the system. The system they installed was so old the computer didn't work. Now I have to go back to get it fixed.

Great service from friendly, knowledgeable people--both in 2019 and this year, when they customized a new Lenovo for me. Beware the Geek Squad if you live in Rockford, IL-- run, don't walk to Bisconti Computers where you will be treated with fairness, kindness and respect. Highly recommend.

Took my laptop in since the Wi-Fi reception was weak. They did full diagnostics and found a loose Wi-Fi antenna wire inside. Got the laptop back in a couple of days -Wi-Fi works great and it runs faster- maybe due to diagnostic cleanup??? Nice people- good work!-reasonable price!

I had the worst experience in this place. I took my PC just wanted it restarted and some lights in it done and they said it would be done 3-5 days. It took them 3 weeks to just tell me the PC had nothing wrong which I didn’t tell them to do and still charged me and left my PC dirty and nothing changed on it. Worst service ever do not recommend

They came through with fixing lap top in an emergency. I had been scammed by some foreign outfit that took remote control...and Bisconti got rid of any hidden viruses etc. They seem to know what they are doing. I needed it to be rushed so they did. Usually it's like 3 days but they did it in less than 1. They did charge a high fee for doing it...but they got it done which was nice. I didn't have time to call around and compare other places prices etc as I immediately thought of Bisconti...so I don't know if the price for this service is way higher than Geek Squad or whatever but I'd used Bisconti before and they were good so they were my go to. The cost seemed high but like I said...not sure if other places would be higher or not...but you want the job done right and Bisconti seems to know what they're doing.

High compliments to the Bisconti team. Have been going to Bisconti for about 15 years. They are a talented team. Have fixed everything have brought to them. Quick turnaround time. Very reasonable price. Saved me money avoiding buying new. Excellent customer service skills. Very helpful. Cheerfully answer any questions on occasions when just popping in.Examples:HP desk top computer. Removed malware several times.iPhone.... camera. Only take pictures in selfie mode. Bisconti replaced camera lens. Camera worked perfectly.iPad... on/off switch stuck in ‘on’ position. Thought I would have to buy new iPad. Bisconti said could fix, but suggested better value in refurbished iPad. Bisconti successfully reloaded all data and pictures into refurbished iPad. Continuing to use refurbished iPad for eight years now. Excellent recommendation by Bisconti. Am typing right now in refurbished iPad.Bisconti house call....Checked WiFi strength using meter. Came in two days. WiFi strength in garage ok.Apple Mac desktop....slow to open. Finially would not open. Bisconti diagnosed problem in two days. A new drive needed. Replaced drive in four days, along with successfully downloading all data and pictures into new drive. Was afraid was going to have to buy new Mac. Fixed Mac now works like brand new. Plus, works with printer, without any issues.Am very happy with Bisconti. Believe they have been in business nearly 20 years. Their top notch service is why.

In a world of “ One day, right now” it’s not always the best answer for your computer needs. I’d rather leave my computer for a through diagnostic and restoration to optimal working order. In stead of a “who ever is on shift that day” fixes I’ll take customer service, through explanation and repeat service from the same technician. Ask about their monthly affordable ( I really mean affordable) plan. To many benefits to post here. Thank you for restoring my grandsons desktop…you know how kids are :/
