Tim is great! He went over all the options with me and waited patiently while I searched for a pair of glasses and sunglasses that I liked. He explained all the extra options and what I would benefit from. By the end I was confident I had exactly what I needed!

Their warranty doesn't cover losing your glasses. They wanted over $200 to replace a pair of single vision lens glasses with frames that were around $50. Total waste of my money on buying glasses with insurance here. Also, I asked for them to email me my prescription and they said only snail mail or in person. Kind sucks when you live over 80 miles away and need it the same day.

Have been seeing the eye doctor here for four years. They have always been cool with me getting my script to order my glasses online. Will continue going! The newer OD Jasmine is top notch! She really does take the time to explain and answer my questions!
