0 stars if you ask me the owner of the whole place I’m not sure if he still is but he goes by the name Michael Royce montrief my wife use to work for them never rented a storage from them but we rented a few properties from him and when I say scammer bad businessman I mean that he had us living in a property that was not up to code and we got put out of there by the city and since we had no where to go and rented out a hotel that my godmother paid for months we left our belongs there at the property go to the property to check on our belongings the next day I suppose he had some peoples go over to the property so we called filed a police report they should be ashamed took all of our things worth money kids gaming systems clothes shoes tv etc there’s a lot more to much to name so we sued him and was granted my wife last check which he still hasn’t paid and this happened in 2016 so now living this life in 2023 is a struggle for me as well as other people but I’m going to count everyone’s blessings and also Michael Royce montrief I hope you reap what you sow God Bless

This place is a disaster! Irregular and unreliable hours, poorly kept building, no ramps or working elevators. I’d rate it 0 if I could! So glad to be out. ??

Terribly disappointed in this business, after purchased by current owner. My name on lease but never received a new contract from her. Water damage on our furnishings was significant - what other place requires you cover your belongings with an approved waterproof covering??? Previous owners allowed us to keep key in office but were told this no longer was allowed and they no longer had keys. Ownership was highly uncooperative - numerous requests ignored to open our unit. I never did receive contract and had hundreds of dollars in losses, which doesn't include some items of very significant sentimental value. Although we paid for insurance, we were not allowed to make a claim. Our unit had water damage including a buckling wood floor. Btw, we had leased our unit for 7 years and never a problem before new owners. RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS TRAIN WRECK!!!

Almost always easy to contact & definitely easy to do business with.Friendly customer focused diverse staff.Been a regular customer for almost 15 years now. I've definitely seen many changes, good & bad.Please continue with the thus far wonderful customer service as well as affordable units.I'm happy to refer folks & potential new customers to 815 Storage! ??

If it was possible to leave zero stars, I would. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS FACILITY. I have had nothing but dissatisfying service, empty promises, and excuses ever since the facility came under the new management in January. I am typically a very easygoing and understanding individual, but I spent more money, time, and stress dealing with this facility and its owner/employees than the cheap rates are worth. Seriously- spend the extra $20 monthly to rent elsewhere.

Current owner of the facility spent 35 minutes on the phone with me was very polite and informative and helpful..Previous managers and employees had contacted me in regards to my unit being passed you wanted my personal credit card number over the phone when they no longer on the facility this was on March 5, 2021.... How to get into the personal account through 815 STORAGE and tell me what I owe and how much late fees were and told me my son was gonna be auctioned off immediately if I did not make a payment. Which are after speaking with the new owner that was totally incorrect.Everything that they had indicated to me was false.

My Mom Rents a Storage From this Place September Last Year And The OLD Employees were very Unprofessional Since Jan2021 A New Owner Came in... (Julian Todd) Setting up Phone & Security Systems , Waving Fees To Renters Which is Great? Due to the Past employees messing up accounts. The Storage is Now Open Monday-Sun With A new Worker.

The new owner has really done a superior job renovating the facility thus far. There is a wonderful warm welcoming presence when you enter the office. They follow the Covid restrictions to a tee permitting only 1 guest at a time in the office and providing multiple sanitizer stations for safety and require everyone to wear a facial mask. The new security system makes me feel very safe storing my personal possessions and belongings. The rates are the BEST in town hands down! I enjoy have an all interior storage facility because I do not have to deal with rain or snow. And I thinks it's pretty amazing that they can store car's, boats, ATV's, snowmobiles etc. They also offer a retail line of tape, bubble wrap, boxes, mattress coverings of all sizes and even cold drinks like bottled water, Gatorade's, soda's and chips and candy bars. You do get thirsty when you're moving! Great job Rockford Storage I am proud to be a tenant! Use my name as a referral and get an instant discount on a new unit!

From the beginning of the year this place has gone downhill!The unprofessional attitude from the new management is a complete joke. The current voicemail states management will be here Monday thru Friday 11:00am till 4:00 pmI have made several trips to this location only to find the doors locked with no sign of life anywhere.When placing phone calls you only receive the voicemail.When I would get a call back from management at their convenience it was as if I was in the wrong for calling and leaving the voicemail.Her response was1) I was in an auto accident2) We are cleaning the place up and didn’t hear the phone ring3) I find you to be intimidating on your voicemail4) you didn’t see anyone because I park my car insideThe list goes on and on.If anyone is remotely thinking of renting a storage unit here please do yourself a favor and run!Run the same way you came and spend your $$$ somewhere else in town.Giovanna is a complete and unprofessional drunkard.
