i went there to wash a king size comforter ...after I washed it and put it in the dryer for 30 mins, I left to run home because I live close by, some elderly lady was watching me and after my comforter dried for 15 minutes she took it. I know all this because they have her on camera. I left two messages for the owners to call me and they never did. I think that's poor customer service, and I will never be returning there again I will literally drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to a laundromat where people don't steal.

I visited this one on Riverside Blvd the last two weekend. The Laundromat itself is always well maintained & clean inside & outside. Employees on duty has always been polite to me.

Our dryer broke right after we finished washing a ton of clothes and sheets at home. This place was very close, clean, and had plenty of dryers for us to use to get the job done at a great price.

Very nice laundromat, I come here all the time but I do wish that you guys would reimburse quarters. I accidentally put quarters into a dryer that I wasn't using and already had started the dryers I was using and I was told I couldn't get those quarters back.

Exceptionally clean and neat laundromat. Machines all seem to work well, nothing worn-out. They will even pick up, clean, fold, package and deliver your laundry for you! Perfect for the busy person!

So… our washer died. I’ve been limping by washing small loads at my parents house… but it was time to get it all done. My kids go to RPS schools and I had seen a flyer for 5 Alarm through their school. We are a family of 5 - so I had 7 loads to wash.The attendant that was here this morning was/is awesome. She explained everything to me. The app and how to run the machines. The machines are oversized, so I was able to get all of my loads into four machines. The laundromat is very brightly lit and smells like fresh laundry! The app is super easy to use. Lots of room inside and places to sit. We will be back again if the washer doesn’t get fixed soon!

Only laundry mat i will go to its always so clean and the employees are awesome and really helpful . I love how u can control the machines from your phone . They should give the usual customers more of a deal on the washers cuz its so hard on single parents and or more monthly rewards . Otherwise its the best one and only one i will go to and the location is great ! Good job to the employees thanks for keeping it cleaned and nice .

Coming back to this location and I'm still not that impressed. When it opened of course it was nice. The attendant when I first came was on her phone having private conversations out loud. This time different attendant but on her phone as well when customers needed assistance. Several machines needed cleaning. One had been packed with powdered laundry detergent. Not sure why people don't put it in the drum.

The staff is why I love this place, first time coming back since re-opening and do not like the layout, less small washers and dryers. One good sized family took 1/4 of the building. If you have big loads, worth coming. Largest washer is almost $10. But if you're solo or a couple looking for a quick wash, save yourself from hunting a washer down.
