Hours are shown online to be 9 to 7, but handwritten sign on door says 9-10, 12-7. Very disappointed.

I tried to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my home address. I provided a tracking number, my ID, and the contents of the package. A lady with red hair came out, told me she couldn’t give me the package. When I asked why, she told me because the first name was different.
I asked what my options were, she told me that I can try again at my house. The problem is, no one is home during delivery hours. So no one can sign, and I explained that to her multiple times. She got a very bad attitude with me and accused me of being a scammer. So I left without my package.

Driver drove right past my house turned around drive past again then marked as nobody was home. My ring camera captured it all. Then the customer service sucks and can not connect to anyone who can help

There is road construction in front of my house and I got an update that UPS would not deliver there. When I went into this location to try and talk to somebody, the guy was very rude and just kept telling me to call customer service. No help at all. Trying to call customer service was 10 times worse, the bot you have to talk to will not connect you to a real person, will avoid using UPS at all costs moving forward.

What a fraudulent company.My delivery instructions clearly state to leave package if no one is home and they didn't, (it didn't require signature). So I called the main number and got yet another mentally defective automated system that goes in circles, doesn't understand what you say or enter, and refuses to let you talk to a real person.UPS has gone downhill for years, this is just another perfect example of why any company with a faulty automated answering system should go bankrupt.

Both clerks are very helpful. I have used them for 17 years and have had no problems. There is never a wait.
