“Navis went above and beyond! We are based out of PA, and the items were in the Chicagoland area so we did most communication via email. To ensure they could properly take care of our items, Navis sent a crew for a site visit and took additional measurements of the items we needed to ship in Lake Forest, as well as to get a layout of the grounds. This was all done a few days before crating day. On the crating day, they showed up early in the day, took their time to manufacture the crates, and then carefully packaged our items. They even went as far as to make small ramps so they could position the items internally for outbound shipping. This was all done to international travel specifications, on site at the facility. They did a great job and we will be using them again, as regularly as needed. Thank you team!!”

“This UPS location was great. The manager, Leidy, is the perfect example of what makes this store exceptional. Leidy went above and beyond to help with time sensitive documents and a delay in delivery. Not only did she track down the location of the item, she coordinated with the local UPS hub and recipient to allow for pick up. This was a complete success and no hassle. Leidy did all of this during a very busy time in the store right before Christmas! I can't thank her enough for her dedication and customer service. She truly demonstrates great leadership and accountability - qualities her staff can copy. She is definitely one in a million! Thank You.”

“I ordered a beautiful couch and love seat from the Schaumburg store BUT I want to give a HUGE thank you to Linda, the Shipping Supervisor in the Shorewood warehouse. She is a truly OUTSTANDING example of SERVICE, and professionalism. After learning that I was told that though my couch would arrive in a couple of days, the loveseat would be 5 weeks behind, Linda did everything she could to find a way to support me, and provide service. No one thought I'd be able to get the loveseat for another 5 long weeks. Imagine my surprise when a day or two after talking to Linda I got a call from Schaumburg informing me that my loveseat could be delivered at the same time or one day later than my couch. I KNOW this was the work of Linda!! She showed so much care and concern for my situation and obviously figured out a way to handle it. Because of Linda and her excellent service, along with my great looking couches, and the excellent delivery staff that made my delivery super quick and hassle free I will be recommending Bob's to everyone!! Thanks again!”
“We went to return Christmas gifts here and we had at least 6 or 7 of them to return. For some of them we had the labels printed out, but we were missing a few others. The young woman assisting us couldn't have been more gracious and patient, even as the line started to accumulate behind us, she remained kind and pleasant. Frankly, I was shocked, but super impressed as well. Not one eye roll, grimace of frustration, or change in her tone, just extremely calm and helpful. Wish we had more people like this in our world. Best treatment as a customer that I've received in a long time.”

“I have been going to this store exclusively after so many packages sent thru the mail system lost & opening investigations on lost packages just to never get any follow-up or resolution on them. In 2 yrs I am so thrilled to report not 1 single lost package & in most cases the packages are delivered earlier than quoted. John gives First Class service & I have witnessed him be very patient & helpful with his staff. John’s store will always be my first choice of shipping packages as long as John is there. I have never been disappointed. It’s very hard these days to get any professionalism & courteousness as a paying customer. John is always polite & is always sure to ask if he can help in any other way before wishing you a parting good day. Other stores & business could learn a lot by taking John’s lead. Thank you John!”

“I rarely leave reviews but as someone who ships hundreds of packages a month - the customer service and care placed by the manager of this location is unmatched. He is always so kind, helpful and professional. Today I realized after we got back home I had mislabeled a rather large and very important order - I called the store (15 mins after they had already closed) to my surprise he answered and worked with me to locate the package and hold it for me. He was happy to help and more polite and understanding after hours than any other shipping company I’ve dealt with. It is so refreshing to experience such kindness within the shipping service world.
