I was overtaken by the genuine care and dedication they take in their customer's concerns. I was initially taken care by Reza himself and he listened to my opinions and told me he would do a throughout inspection of my vehicle. One mistake happened years ago on my car and they’ve taken care of me since.

“Long story very short, despite appts made and kept I ended up one day away from leaving for our vacation with the vacation vehicle STILL needing an oil change and a replacement brake bulb, so my husband sent me here. It’s where he goes. Two of the nicest gents were on duty! Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very organized! A short wait, in my car, I worked while I waited, and then 25min later I was done and heading along for my day. Oil and filter changed, bulb replaced, battery status verified as acceptable for now but needing replacement before winter. The price was reasonable and explained with options before each step. No appointment was needed. I will definitely be going back for my next oil change!”
“Decided to try them out for oil change on my F150 as they are sometimes less than half the price for full synthetic of other places in the area. Very good work and very fast. All pricing is low and reasonable.”
“This place has gone downhill since my last visit. The entrance to the customer waiting area is an accident waiting to happen. The price has increased significantly used to be right around 60 now more like 90. Would recommend management clean up the entrance to the waiting area before an elderly person or a kid slips or steps on something and is injured. Maybe empty the trash in the waiting area for a 90 oil change I would expect much better”

“I didn't plan on going there yesterday but turns out I left my lights on in my car while my husband went in to fill water jugs. It had just started snowing and I was in the car with my 3 year old toddler and 3 month old baby. They tried to jump my car and it wasn't working, I had both kids going nuts, both myself and my husband had just come off 12 hour shifts and hadn't slept. The guy who was helping us out ended up having to use his car to jump ours after trying 2 other jump starters. Seriously it was a HUGE help and cannot express how grateful we were to have their help.”
“Open on Sunday’s. Great speedy service. HALF THE PRICE of all other tire stores around. Our family recently experienced a flat tire on I-55, out in the middle of nowhere. We called all tire stores within in a 50-mile radius and most were either closed or told us there would be a four hour+ wait. We called the Walmart Auto Center and not only did they have the tire we needed in stock, but they were able to start working on our vehicle as soon as we arrived. Final price was about half of what was quoted by the other stores. We were so pleased with their service and help to get us back on the road!”
“Got a great price online for a 4 wheel price on tires. So I went to the auto center in Shorewood illinois rt 59. Checking in and pricing explained well. The auto center has a texting status updated me when service started, when it began, and when it was finished so I did my grocery shopping while waiting. They said about an hour to hour and 15 minutes. It was exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I was done shopping. I payed for my purchase it was actually less then they estimated. I double checked to see if I was charged for everything. I got the Road hazard, etc. It was there, but I looked at my mom, and I think you are supposed to come back after so many miles and have the lug nuts rechecked to make sure everything is tight. But I couldn't mind any help. The guy that checked me out. Went in the office and closed the door. My only problem with the purchase. Also I learned something new. When you buy new tires they don't come with valve stem covers. You think they would, but I guess only if they do valve stem service???”
