These people saved my life! The mechanics, John, Colin, and Kyle, immediately fixed the starter, alternator, and air lines. I was informed the entire time by Alex in the office. Service that was pleasant, honest, and didn't try to scam me. Strongly advised for all trailer and semi-truck maintenance!

The guys did a great job in our enclosed trailer! We have been trying to get our trailer axle repaired for several weeks through our trailer dealer. After weeks of frustration, we contacted J and A based on a recommendation. Best choice we made. Quick response, reasonable price. They came out on site to get it repaired which saved us on a towing fee. Highly recommend!

On the way, my large truck broke apart because of a broken brake chamber. Become disoriented! Upon contacting J&A Fleet Maintenance, Alex immediately sent out Colin and Kyle. They quickly fixed the starter, alternator, brakes, and leaky air lines! J&A merely gets you back on the road without taking advantage of these mechanics who save lives. I wholeheartedly support!

Called for road service 2 weeks ago I asked on the phone How much is the road service we agreed to come out and fix my trailer when it's all set and done after the repair. They changed price on me charged me more $ technicion spend less time on repairing the problem on it I would never ever recomend to use this company very bad Experience and also I have to fix the trailer two days later same Issue ☹️

Super friendly and extremely helpful! I was more than an hour away from home and needed an ait line fitting that was an odd ball size. They went thru 3 different people to find me a tech that was in the field not too far from me and I was able to purchase the fitting needed from him. Above and beyond service. I highly recommend them!

This dude is awesome!!!! Had multiple DEF related issues and I was derated! No one would answer my call or even give me the time of the day. This guy! Went above and beyond to make me a priority. John was quick. Load was stuck on blocks from another driver that dropped it. Came out quick and was able to lift the machine up and get the blocks out from under the machine.

Had a hole in one of my coolant lines. TransChicago Truck Group Freightliner told me 7 days just to look at the issue. So when J&A told me a couple of hours I was very happy. Got me in and fixed up in a timely manner and back on the road. Thanks
