Wells Fargo is a total SCAM! I opened UNUSABLE checking and savings accounts here, depositing $50 dollars in each to open them and I can't use the accounts because they refuse to confirm my telephone number, despite MANY calls and HOURS spent talking to Wells Fargo support. Wells Fargo is a DINOSAUR that needs to be EXTINCT!

Today my dad was discriminated against at this bank :(. He tried to do a simple deposit to my account and they denied to provide him of any service. He has done the exact same transition before,There was absolutely no reason for him to be denied of this service. Wells Fargo has a long discriminatory history that will keep repeating so avoid yourself some pain and don’t go to this bank. Yes, after they respond to this message with an email I will send them my complain but we all know this will keep happening.

I've seen a lot of negative reviews on this branch and I'm sure each and everyone is accurate because people really don't have the need to write negative stuff without good reason but I guess it always depends on what kind of individual is helping you in the bank. I went to this branch last week and a banker by the name of Marcie Rud helped me set up an account, I have literally never had such a great bank experience in my life. She was extremely polite, kind, patient, gentle and respectful. She helped me set everything up and I just had such a wonderful experience. She only came to this branch temporarily though, she works at the moline branch regularly so I would highly advise calling and checking if it's possible to get an appointment with her. Tipping bankers should be a thing, I had no way whatsoever to show my gratitude to her but she was great help.

Waste of time. Rude. Schedule an appointment take off work and they cancel and try to reschedule for weeks later. Lisa and Kathy laughed at me on the phone. Never go here. The absolute worst customer service.

I am 20 years old and I recently applied for just a $300 loan for a chair to help build my credit and my application was denied lol for only $300?...pathetic it is hilarious that I opened their letter sitting in the same chair that I had to buy in full just because they couldnt trust me with $300 I have a car loan through Veridian credit union and I havent missed a sigle payment and my credit score is good for my age thanks for sending me in the right direction for building my credit it will definitely be far away from wells fargo

Today I was discriminated against at this bank. I was denied the service, arguing that I opened an account too recently. I called customer service and they explained that this cannot be a reason for a denial of service. I conclude that I have been discriminated against because of my ethnicity and my status as an immigrant. It is unacceptable.

I contacted the Moline branch inquiring about a certified check and did not receive the customer service or the information I was requesting. I was talked over and the perdon Ispoke with seemedtonot what to be bothered, so I decided to contact the Rock Island branch in which I had the pleasure of speaking with Joanna which gave me top notch customer service and was able to give me the information I was requesting. She even apologized on behalf of the Moline branch. Thanks Joanna ?

Horrible bank in Rock Island, IL. Poor customer service. Rude and offensive. I will end my relationship with Wells Fargo due to ongoing issues with rudeness. Crooks!

I had a unpleasant experience with Branch Manager Jennifer Belanger...I won't do business at this branch in Rock island again until diversity training takes place... Please learn how to treat customers. Wells Fargo still hasn't gotten it right yet
