The pharmacists are really nice but my prescriptions are not there 75% of the time. I don't mean not ready I mean literally they DON'T have them. I literally need them to live. I've tried to stick with them but I'm officially changing pharmacies.

The pharmacy is hardly open. 7 1/2 hours Monday thru Friday. Closed on weekends. I'm switching to CVS. The Company should have closed this one instead of the one on 11th Street on Rock Island.

Long wait in the drive up window. 22 minutes on the stop watch. None of the outside lights work when it gets dark. Some one is going to get mugged waiting for their drugs. I bet their lights get fixed fast inside the pharmacy. Store manager should execute a work order to repair the outside lights in the pharmacy drive up area.

I tried picking up prescription they said that they didn't have anything on record even though my doctor had confirmation that the pharmacist accepted it they then didn't answer the phone after tried multiple times and then after I sat on hold for a half hour waiting for somebody to answer they picked up and hung up and then when I called back it was again the same long lengthy wait time as I had originally these people are incompetent and don't know how to do their jobs properly it's ridiculous. The one in Davenport is at least somewhat better and has more caring staff don't waste your time at this one

Poor customer service. Not stocking medications without notifications to as to why meds aren’t being filled. They are closed sat and sun. What a disservice to the community they try to serve.

Picking up my last refill here and then transferring everything to Costco. Horrible encounter with the pharmacist today after months of dealing with random pharmacy closings. The tech wasn't understanding my question (kept insisting I picked up a prescription a couple weeks ago when it was not even available to me due to a vague insurance issue). Rather than trying to understand, the pharmacist got snippy with me and didn't clarify anything with the tech.Now the prescription is ready so I'm back to pick it up. I've been in line for 10 minutes and it hasn't moved so maybe I'm not getting my refill today? It's all a guessing game!

I switched from the Walgreens in 11th st because I could not get my Rx multiple times due to them randomly not being there (no it wasn’t the lunch hour). Well, now I’m experiencing the same thing here. Today makes a week and I was unable to get my Rx. Will be switching to CVS or Hy-Vee after this bs.

Great pharmacy staff that doesn’t get enough credit for what they do. Most people don’t understand how pharmacy actually works, and that things might not be as immediate as they’d like. I’ve witness the staff being yelled and screamed at for things out of their control. Medications being out of stock, on back order, insurance issues, or wait times taking longer because they don’t have enough people working. Weird how they went to being essential the start of Covid, and now treated like dirt again by it’s customers all over again. Keep up your great work, you ARE appreciated.

The pharmacy is absolutely WONDERFUL! I have never had a pharmacy work with me so well before! They help me out so much and go out of their way to meet my needs, and I can never EVER thank them enough for being so patient with me!
