USPS mishandled and lost my check, I go down and be proactive and put a hold on my mail the same day. Guy at front counter doesn't enter the hold, and carrier keeps putting mail in my obviously broken mailbox.

Do not do passport here … I arrived 15 mins before my appointment and still waited 45 mins and still couldn’t do my son’s passport because I was late to work

The absolute worst they lie about mail, I have asked them multiple times about my mail, they just let the phone ring lie and tell me I don’t have mail when I have Informed delivery so I know when I have mail. It’s ridiculous I have now contacted the POSTAL REGULATION COMMISSION !!!! EVERYONE SHOULD DO THE SAME!

I moved in August 2023 and did everything I was supposed to do to change my address. I have talked to supervisors.....but still 6 months later am NOT receiving my mail. This new system is an absolute nightmare!

In maple ridge they just leave the packages outside on the concrete and the guy walks away so fast I thought it was supposed to go inside the halls by our front door anyone can grab them I have not received my package to my home scared to order online for Christmas.

Small post office, only two windows, which should be enough unless someone has a postal issue, which are all too common generally.Friendly staff, much better than the standard most common in California.

Alot of covering up of illegal processes and activities by carriers and supervisors at this location! They need to clean house. They got couple good workers but people shouldn't have issues with there united States postal carrier or office workers over doing illegal stuff and being called out on it. Nothing gets done here you can report it until you can't type talk or breath. This review is for my family and everyone dealing with scams frauds or illegal activity from the post office or carrier. Report it to a different federal agency so they can't keep in house and research your options and rights. They are government employed alot of union so excuses for not terminating doing or following process or procedures. Hope that one day we can get the illegal unions out of our government mail rooms offices and vehicles and fill those spots with proud god fearing moral having legal and law biding citizens that deserve the jobs not trash that was placed there to do illegal stuff for personal gains using up anyone in society who has a name address and no reason to think different.

If 0 stars were an option I would select that. We routinely at least once a month have to call the post office because our mail is not being delivered. When I order online they deliver my packages to the wrong address. Contacting them and the post master is a complete waste of time this has been an ongoing problem for months!!!!! So fed up and angry at this point because I'm not receiving my mail at all or time sensitive mail extremely late.

, every time I send mail off from here I have a issue with one envelope gettin delivered but not the other , when I send them off at the same time jus dosnt make since they really need to get it together , I will never send mail off from here again & hope that my mail gets delivered to where it's suppose to go , terrible post office needs to be closed untill they can maintain to run it the right way

There are days we don’t get out mail because they are short staffed. Like 3 days at a time. I know we were supposed to get mail because of informed delivery.

I watched the carrier deliver my prescription medical device to the wrong address. He even recognized it was the wrong address because he looked at the package, looked at the house number, looked back at the package, scanned it and left it between the doors on the neighbors porch. When I called about it they argued that it was scanned in as delivered at my front door. I literally watched it being delivered. I'm not just assuming what happened. Later that evening I got the notification that my package was delivered at 5:48pm. I left my home at 6pm and it was not there at any of the doors.
