Worst experience ever. Had reservations for uhaul, Nico, the owner of Rockingham and Rock Island shops, was so unprofessional we ended up cancelling reservations.

This is one of the WORSE places that I've dealt with! They placed the jack in the wrong place under my car and damaged my floorboard! Then the tire that I purchased had a rim leak that they refused to fix unless I paid them a mounting fee again! They have very poor workmanship and service. I would stay away from this place.
