That may seem insignificant, but the part I needed is on national backorder and I couldn't find one anywhere. Many other places took my money, then later notified me it was no longer in stock, what a headache. When I called MSTP Josh indicated he had one left, physically verified it was on the shelf, then took my information over the phone and said he'd ship it the same day. “Great shop. We were driving through Davenport when our Check Engine light turned on. It was the day after July 4th and not many garages were open. Fortunately, Mitch’s was open and they checked the codes to see if anything was seriously wrong. They found a possible problem with the catalytic converter or O2 sensor. They explained that we could make it to Connecticut safely but would need to have the exhaust system checked out once we get there. They were so nice they didn’t even charge us for the service they provided. I recommend them highly!”

“I suspected a transmission leak on my car and took it in. No leak, but a small issue that they took care of for a very reasonable price. They also alerted me to an oil leak and a misfire, both of which they don't fix, so they weren't trying to drum up more business for themselves. I've taken two other cars there before and my experience every time has been that they are fair and honest and want to actually serve the customer, something that is lacking in too many other shops. I highly recommend them.”

“My brakes AND tail light warnings went off within two days. Took it to QC Auto at 18th & 53rd in Bettendorf. They did a spot-check and said just the rear brakes right now (and obviously the tail light bc it was out), but didn't try to talk me in to the front brakes that have a bit more life. Or anything else. They fixed rear brakes as promised for the price quoted. AND changed my tail lights for free bc I had bought the bulbs and they were in my car! Funny bonus - I went to get gas after I picked it up and when I got back in the car it smelled GOOD (like there was some air freshener in there or something) instead of like grease! Going back there for sure!”

“Campos is a great place to have your vehicle serviced at. On the day that I stopped by to make my appointment, one of their mechanics took the time to look at the problem that I was having with the climate control on the driver's side. Most repair shops don't show that kind of attention, so this really impressed me! On the day of the appointment, they said it would likely be ready the next day, which was fine. However, they actually had my car ready that day, and that really impressed me. I will definitely call on them next time, and I highly recommend them, they're great!”
