Just spoke to someone that works at this place. She was extremely rude. She could not provide a 9am appointment, so she recommended 10am. Before I could give a response, she yelled "You come or no!" I responded, "No,.because you're rude." Do better....Be better.

Called to schedule make an appointment and was told to come in no appointments just to get there for her to say to busy write down number I'll call you when I'm free I said I can't make an appointment she said no so I wrote down my number she called 3 hrs later like wtf

Had my nails looking crazy and she was rushing to get to other people! Nails were lumpy and crooked! Ask tech to straighten the crooked nails and she said 'that's your nail!!!" Total waste of money and went to AJ Nails and had them take them ALL off and got a new full set that came out FABULOUS! DO NOT RECOMMEND this nail shop!

My wife walked in and was ignored then finally ask what she wanted she told them a full set and and then she was told they are closing in 10min...when we looked at there website page it states that they close at 6pm..she went in at 5:15pm...They acted like they didn't want to provide their services to her..How rude!!..Now my wife looking for a new nail salon to go to.. I made an appointment 2 days in Advance and I called 6 hours before to confirm. When I got there they said that nobody got my appointment over the phone and they tried to fool me saying that I got the wrong number. Lack of professionalism! This place is a joke!

After recently moving to the Quad cities, I needed to find a new nail salon . This one is quite close . I like Hahn , however they changed the number and the only way to know was to drive there . My pedicure is less than desirable. It’s over before it starts . No time spent with the pampering aspect of it . They half very few GOOD GEL PRODUCTS, so be careful when picking . No creative nail designs unfortunately. If it was not for Hahn and me being new here , I would go somewhere else ! As I said , BEWARE of gel nail polish that will chip off and a pedicure that will not even give you time to relax with a nice little foot massage

Called for an appointment at 5:20 pm. They said they are closed, then she said they close at 6pm. I mention that their website says they close at 7pm, she said Monday.

They do an ok job but don't get any gel nails from them it's not worth it all.
