I have found 2 dead mice in my unit on two different occasions. Now every time I go to my unit there are droppings all over my storage bins and the bait they put in my units has been eaten and is all over the ground. The carts provided by the facility are missing wheels or the handle is missing and the other side has a loose handle that comes out if you pull too hard. Last time I went the front door was jammed and cannot be accessed. I had to use an alternate door and there is no ramp so I had to carry everything out the door instead of wheeling the cart to my car.

This place has all the storage space you need. Fairly easy to set up your storage rental. They even supply you with a storage lock to put on you storage locker. Very clean place to store what ever you like. Security doors and carts to help you on your way. I GIVE THIS PLACE 2 THUMBS-UP 👍👍

Was stuck in a car for three hours only to find out they changed the lock without notifying my partner (whose name and contact info is on the account and unit) and now we can't move our things out when we need our summer clothes NOW. Don't use this facility, especially since all their services shut down far before their listed hours.

If you want random sent increases by 300% then sure, come here.
Got a unit since it was cheap and even after not needing it I continued to pay for it since it was fairly cheap so i'd have one later on when needed again.
Then randomly rent is quadrupled... no thanks.

They tell you the first month is free... BUT, beware, registration is $35!!! And you must either have insurance or you pay insurance... so that added to the bill. ? But the facility is clean and it seems all well organized!Edit: they may say below that registration is $25... but, it will cost you $35 to fully register and walk out the door! I paid it!!

ADORA was very nice and know the company. Even though what I was looking for may not be available she made me feel like there a chance either way it goes it's worth waiting to see just by the customer service. Once I get the storage then it's a 5 star for me
