Listen, I’ve been with the gecko-brand insurance through three separate state moves. I decided on the Midwest this year, 2023, just bought a new home in the QCA, and needed homeowners insurance, but the gecko-brand insurance was not offering any deals that made me feel comfortable with the additional of now also having to pay a mortgage… Then a google search led me to Mercedez Roberts at Jenn Merema’s State Farm office. Mercedez couldn’t have made this process any easier! I don’t think anyone could have gotten a better deal for me than what I’ve got with Mercedez at this State Farm office. And with full coverage of my car and home! I’m so glad I listened to the reviews for once and tried contacting this office and asking for Mercedez directly. She is the embodiment of superb customer service! If she can’t get you an insurance deal you like, I don’t think anyone can. And, listen, I’m on a super duper tight/small budget and I’m still amazed what she did for me! Thank you for your help, Mercedez!!!! - Amina

Best customer service! Brad was so patient, helpful and went beyond customer service. Jenn Merema the owner came out to greet me and so helpful too. Every time I go in, she comes and greets me and ask how we are doing after our accident. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and just made me feel like a friend. I would highly recommend this State Farm agency.

I've been with State Farm for years and have always had nothing but great experiences. Recently I had to file a claim because of an accident involving a deer. Jenn Merema's office in Rock Island was so pleasant to work with. I spoke with agent Mercedez Roberts and she was not only incredible, but thorough and kind. She went above and beyond for me when I was having issues with the timeliness from the auto repair shop that was fixing my vehicle. Mercedez and Jenn stepped up to the plate to help with rental accommodations, making the entire process less stressful and smooth. I highly recommend this specific location because of their customer service and attentiveness. Five stars!

A family member recommended Mercedez Roberts at Andrew Bebon State Farm after I complained to them about lack of service from my previous Insurance Agent. Mercedez was so easy to work with and custom tailored an Auto and Home insurance package for me. She took the time to understand what was important to me and gave me several different options to consider. She was also able to provide me better coverage and save me almost $500 annually. Highly recommend Mercedez if you are looking for Home, Auto, or any other type of insurance.

I love having my car insurance through State Farm, but more specifically, the people who I have got to meet with. Mercedez, Katy, and Andy always make sure I am well taken care of.
