Matt and Office Machine Consultants are amazing. They truly do care about their customers and do anything they can to take care of us. We have 4 copiers and use them at all branches. They are always willing to help in any way and their response time is very quick. Matt is local and personally drives at times and delivers a copier. They are always willing to help in any way and their response time is very quick. Tom(the owner) personally drove and delivered a copier and printer downtown Chicago to a new office we were opening. We switched to OMC for our computer services last year and are extremely pleased with their service! They are professional, helpful and quick to respond. We just bought new computers and i am amazed at the ease of which they helped to get the computers and transfer everything with no issues! They even made sure everything was up and running and answered all of our questions. Again, I am very happy we switched to OMC!

I have been using OMC since starting my business in 2017. On the printer / copier side of things I've always had a great experience up until this year. The printer I purchased from them was great, they maintained it and help me set it up. Over the last year we added on IT services as well. Since adding IT services, everything has changed. The printer service has gone down hill. They told us our printer was "unfixable" and we would need to order a new one. They then came and picked up our old printer without my approval. When we asked for it back, they indicated that is was fixable and we could have them fix it for us.On the IT side, we had them helping setup and maintain our internal server. It never worked how we were promised. We racked up over $5,000 in hourly fees to get to a point where they told us they could not help anymore. They handed us an "offboarding" document and did not offer to get us to a place where our systems were workable. They basically destroyed a brand new Dell XPS 13 laptop from trying to get it on the server and changing settings. I enjoyed working with them but being fired as a client without offering any assistance is not a practice I appreciate. If I were to do this to my clients after receiving $5,000 over a 12 month period I would not sleep at night. Use them at your own caution, some of the team are great and helpful, some are very rude and unwilling to assist when things don't go as planned.
