As a parent of adopted black girls I need all the help I can get to learn about hair care. We have been going here a few months for my daughters to pick out their hair for upcoming hair appointments. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly and never make me feel bad with my questions.

This store is AMAZING! And they customer service is on point! I wasn’t treated differently or disrespectful because I’m white, I was treated like family and I loved that! Will DEFINITELY be back to visit this store again over and over again! Thank you Ms. BriMani’s!

Fantastic! I should've gotten her name, she was on a lock journey and I'm beginning mine, she was EXTREMELY helpful and super sweet. I was in there winging it and she let me know I got some good stuff and she also added some other things to what I should use. Very awesome and very refreshing being helped by someone with the same hair type as me. I'll definitely be in and out of this store!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I get all my wigs from here I love this store . I get so many compliments on my wigs etc this store has everything I need and it’s affordable ….the light skin girl that’s always there who runs the cash register and helps with customers accommodations is so nice and treat’s people so well she represents the store well and I can tell she loves her job …I recommend this store for any body who wants to be treated kind and speedily

I have been going to Ms. BriMani's since I was a child. The products have always been AMAZING. The customer service, even better. My experience with one of the current staff members, Alicia, encouraged me to write this. Literally the best customer service I have ever seen or received in my life! Even my mom knew who I was talking about and said the same thing. Also, I've known Ms. Nicole my whole life, and she is one of the nicest and most humble people ever!

There's a nice selection of beauty products, I always leave the store with more than one bags of purchased items. From jewelry, headwraps, wigs, hair maintenance products, facial and nail products, products for men grooming, to various oils like Michelle & Barack Obama. The professional managers that assist you upon entry are very knowledgeable about every product stocked. I can't wait to book that beautiful elegant hall above the store. I will continue supporting our African-American Colorful Black Businesses. 5-Stars Ms.Brimani, you are surviving and pray your business will grow into chains across this America.
