We dine in almost once a week. Everyone working at Karen is so friendly. The pho, pad thai, pad sew, sushi, curry, boba drinks, desserts and everything else we’ve tried have been amazing! The dining room is cozy and relaxed. The grocery side has lots of snacks to try if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary. We’re so happy to have a place like this in Rock Island!

Cute little cafe inside of a lackluster Asian grocery store. Decent prices but definitely not cheap. The sweet drinks were good but the Pad Thai was very bad compared to other Asian restaurants in the QC. Overall not too bad.

I love coming here for a fresh made treat like squid or seaseme balls or fish cakes or samosas or fish and a tea. Great selection of snacks, freezer items, sauces, and more. Delicious milk teas. Wonderful service. Incredible fresh food/snacks daily! Highly recommend!!!♡

So delicious!!! Everyone loved what they had. The service was awesome. The young man helping us was very helpful navigating the levels of spiciness!

Food recommendations:
Chicken wings and Thai yum yum Sausage for appetizers was great!!!
Lao salad is great but not for amateurs !
Poke is really great !
Pho is delicious, I mean best in QC!
Thai Ice Green Tea is great!
Bubba tea is the best in QC !!!
Fresh Coconut juice is great!
Sushi is great !
Basil stir fry is oooohh so great but beware of food coma
Tuna tataki is refreshing !!!
Ohhh Pad see Ew noodle ?
Ohhhh Panang curry ?
Fried rice is great !!
End it with a DESERT!!!!!!!!!! You will regret eating it but oooooooh my gawd ??

Great find in Rock Island! Restaurant food is fresh and flavorful. Every dish I have tried so far has been excellent. Nice selection of Asian groceries, both dry goods and frozen. There are also different single serving cakes, treats and prepared fish and shrimps displayed in the front. I have yet to try the fresh sugar cane juice, but it looks delicious!

The price is ok but quality of restaurant food is on point. Seen people talked about this place on Facebook and decided to try it. I had the fried pork with white rice and sauce, some kind of salad with raw salmon in spicy sauce, and tom yum soup. They all were excellent more than I expected, I've tried a lot of restaurants which looked more fancy but the taste were not even close to this good. Will be back when I crave Thai food.

The food is awesome. I get the pho They just don't put a lot of rice noodles in the Bowl. Have to ask for extra.

This is a great restaurant! The food is so authentic and the prices are so reasonable! We went there for dinner and I had the Basil Stir-Fried which was amazing and came with generous portions. Even my picky 5 year old loved the Crab Rangoon as well as the Fried Rice! We will definitely be returning (frequently)!!!
Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetarian options and you can add the tofu to the meals as well!
