Answered all the questions we had for the 2016 Traverse we were interested in. Had all the information we needed for the vehicle & was able to work with our budget. Will be a returning customer.

I bought a 2015 passat from these guys. About a month and a half after purchase and only 350 miles put on the car the ECU failed and was quoted at $2,000 to fix it. The owner wouldn’t do a trade-in, pay for the part or at least help out a little bit with the cost. They have a month warranty for this kind of stuff, but after a month and a half you would think they would show some loyalty. I even explained my situation as a student and how this puts me in a very difficult spot and they still refused to help out. Not to mention before this happened I had a cylinder misfire, dead battery and had to replace one of the tires. Roughly $2,500 in repairs shortly after purchase is insane after claiming there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Be cautious of any red or yellow flags and know that after the first month they won’t care, regardless how much you’ve had to put into it. Even the associates felt bad and knew it wasn’t the right thing to do. Sales guys are awesome but be very careful before you purchase and know once they have your money, don’t expect the higher ups to do the right thing.

If you’re looking for luxury car, go check them out they have very reasonable prices and their cars are very reliable. Customer service is A+ they make you feel like family when you go in there and if they don’t have the vehicle in the lot that you’re looking for if you let them know Mr. Thomas, the owner will try to find something that you will like and he will look for it. That’s what I like about them they go up and beyond for their customers.

First off I'd like to thank Adrian for being the voice that kept me off the fence. I live in northwest Michigan and Midwest had a 6 speed acura that i wanted real bad. Adrian handled my negotiations and demands like a true professional. The professional and finesse it takes to keep an out of state buyer dead set on a vehicle your lot is world class. Every time i was ready to back off and lower my expectations and settle for a lesser car here local to me Adrian shined through and kept me firm in my decision. I faced 2 blizzards closed highways and an emergency hotel stay to come get the car i had my heart set on and i appreciate the hell out of him for that. Midwest motorsports sold me a well cared for one owner car that i love to drive and i wouldn't think twice about making the journey to purchase another car them. We recently purchases a 2016 Ram ProMaster City cargo van from M-M. Roberto and his staff took great care in making certain that our expectations were taken care of (the van had 75k miles and needed the appropriate maintenance done prior to purchase) the paperwork and all aspects of our purchase went really smooth as well as any follow up. Typically we’d avoid smaller dealers but this time we did very well. We will be making more purchases in the future.

Adrian helped me with my purchase on my Mercedes Benz. He listened to my concerns I had and what I was looking for and made sure the vehicle was everything and more! Came to Midwest Motorsports in search of a couple of cars they had on the lot and came in with a surprise of another car that was just listed that my son fell in love with. Adrien helped us through the whole process allowing me and my son to test drive multiple vehicles to compare them and made the entire process very easy. Definitely recommend as the service was professional and didn’t feel pushed we had to purchase a car from them.

My daughter is trying to deal with them and it’s pretty obvious they are ripping her off. She bought a car before they had a chance to go thru it. They promised her they would detail it, replace the tires with new ones, and fix anything wrong just as they would to sell it on the lot. They have had the car most all the first month and their 30 day guarantee ends today . Claimed they had to replace transmission. Said it would be a new trans. No paperwork or warrantee on work done. They didn’t give new tires as promised. The brakes are bad and now there is a suspension problem that wasn’t there when she first drove it. They are not honest or reputable so far. I hope they do right by her. I will change this review if they change the way they are treating her. I would say not to deal with them.

Salesmen was OK to work with but didn't have much experience with vehicles. Was looking at a 2014 Volkswagen was sent on a test drive with an empty gas tank "10 miles till empty" Car drove ok at city speed but couldn't go far enough to get up to highway speeds. Bought the car and got on the highway and immediately had vibrations and car was pulling to the ditch. Called the salesmen and asked what he could do. Absolutely nothing and owner wouldn't let me return it even though I put less than 100 miles on. Would not recommend buying here
