DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE LOCATION. They lie and pressure their customers into getting things they don’t want or need. The “manager” was extremely rude and unhelpful. They lied about company policy and when I called them out they told me I was rude (I was not) and I needed to leave because they were not helping me. I have written a letter to Metro corporate in hopes they will investigate this franchise. I dealt with 2 different employees and had the same horrible experience. AGAIN DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Can’t call the number given for the store just rings so I have to come in instead of the convenience of the over the phone .

I went to the Rock Island store, and got help there, the East Moline store didn't work for me. Nikki helped me out(if I spelled your name wrong I'm sorry). A lot I was stressing so bad, I made so many mistakes with the phone, she helped me out and corrected them all. Thank You so much Nikki

Don't buy the Gateway internet box. They promise you can return it if the service is spotty. However, they don't know how to return it. Call customer service that's a run around as well.

Really sad, if you are Spanish please go to the other store, soo racist and rude, liars, the lady ovethere treated my mom like an animal, I can't believe that we still dealing with people like that, believe me if you are Spanish or don't Speak English don't go ovethere.

Love the workers on site but when I talked to rep on phone he was trying to scam me for more money for changing my number which was free and lied about his name cause he new he was trying to scam me
