So accommodating. Everybody is so nice. By far the best casino around.
Rooms: Are always clean.
Nearby activities: Our grandson was playing baseball at TBK. So we got rooms for our family. 1 was not comped but, we got a good deal.
Food & drinks: Love the buffet and sports bar. And the Blue Square.

I booked my room online because I was on hold for over 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer, I booked my room for the 4th of July when I entered my card to confirm it popped up a totally different date I called the next day only to speak to the assignment manager for help she said sorry there is nothing I can do, I actually really like the casino and have spent alot of money there but the customer service is very unwelcoming, we will never visit this hotel and casino again thanks for nothing

Fun weekend with friends and we won a ton of money.
Smoke-free and the buffet was excellent.
Rooms: Designed very nice.
Safety: Seemed adequate for a casino.

They are in the middle of no where. Takes average 10 mins to get anywhere. Nothing close by for a night snack. Prices inside the casino are pricey. Don’t recommend the buffet. Overpriced and food ain’t ever hot nor a good variety of options….. dessert bar was the only good tasting foods.
Stayed here due to the free hotel offer.
Bed wasn’t comfy. But room was semi clean(the chair in the room was dirty and had not been cleaned. Hotel is mostly clean. No smells. Casino is pretty small for the gaming options. Not a lot of winning machines. Smoke room is always a sauna. Just a lower end casino I’d say… not a lot to offer….
Rooms: You can tell they have been rushed to be cleaned and not checking over everything. Beds aren’t very comfy at all. Don’t see myself having to share one of these beds with anyone because idk how I’d be comfortable and able to sleep. Only certain parts are comfy to lay. Tv work. fridge didn’t stay cold. Bathroom sink and showers get hot. That’s a plus.

Just returned from a trip to Ballys. Things have really gone downhill since they took over from Jumpers. The machines have sticking buttons and there are sticky places from spilled drinks. There is not enough staff. The wait for the buffet is ridiculous and they are constantly out of food. We got tired of waiting and went to McDonald's. There was one young man working at the sports bar and we couldn't get any service. This used to be my favorite place to visit. That has really changed.

Their sports bar/sports book is terrible. The hospitality is nothing. Nobody talks sports, knows what sports will be on until the event starts. The bartenders make you feel like you must order food to watch an event. Some people have a lot of money bet and want to watch & not necessarily want to eat. Last time for me to go there.

I wish this was closer to Peoria but this is our favorite casino in the area. They are generous with food comps too and this is one of the few buffets that I actually like.
