I've purchased several car batteries at the Rock Island store over the past several years. Every visit I've been greeted right away and made to feel like a valued customer. Today, again I needed a new car battery and had the same experience--an in-stock battery installed within 10 minutes and I went away feeling like they truly appreciated my business.

Took my Samsung 23 Ultra to Interstate because the screen kept getting "Smudges" on it from the Oil on my Fingers when I Swiped up and down Using it ! I have done Business with Interstate Battery before and always had Good Luck ! They put "Investigated" the Problem and put a new Screen Cover/Protector on it and after (3) days of "Normal Use",the seems to have Gone Away ! GOOD JOB Interstate Battery,and at a Very Reasonable Price ! ????

I called 3 motorcycle service shops, and none of them had the battery that this Interstate Battery Location had. They even had 2 different versions of what I needed. Very well supplied location.

Replaced a 6 year old battery,they showed me the batteries available and I picked one.
They were nice to work with, did a good job they know what they were doing and did it in a light rain.

This company doesn't want to replace vehicle batteries under warranty. They prefer to charge them for 3 day then blame the battery drain on the consumer s vehicle.
