At this point the people at window always act as if they are bothered. I have never had a script ready, they make it when I come to window and usually I pick up at least 4hours after my Dr calls. It always takes extra back n forth. I'm new to using hyvee maybe it's just the ri store.

I have had very good experiences at Hy-Vee pharmacy. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. They also have been helpful in expediting orders. I would highly recommend them.

I have been shopping this Hy-Vee as well as using their pharmacy for around ten years and the service has become atrocious over the last year or two. Long checkout times, broken self checkouts, a security guard suddenly harassing me for having a pack to carry my groceries, there is a problem with every medication refill making it take days. Just called in a refill four days before being out of medication and I'm now two days into having none of none of it because of their terrible service. This Hy-Vee is a sad joke of what it used to be.

Horrible experience. Not the first time either, I know my elderly mother has also had numerous issues with this pharmacy, when ordering refills for herself and my late father who was under her care.I submitted a refill request for 5 medication on 12/28/2023. 4 were ready 12/30, and when I picked them up, I asked about the status of the remaining refill, I was told it was on hold for insurance reasons - too soon to refill, but it would be ready 1/2/2024.I said that was acceptable, but it's a critical medication, and I can't have unnecessary delays.I called the pharmacy at 4pm today to get the status of my critical refill. I was told they needed my updated Medicaid RxBIN numbers. Ok... now why wasn't I called regarding this holdup on my, once again, critical medication?I provided the info. Then, I was told my critical medication (you seeing a pattern?) was out of stock and unavailable in the entire Quad Cities.Yes, I lost it on the tech and when she called me rude, I demanded a manager.The manager was great, and promised me my critical medication tomorrow. OK, great.But it's too late for me and my elderly mother, for HyVee pharmacy. We will be transferring all our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Probably will shop elsewhere as well.Never have I encountered such unprofessional, cavalier attitudes toward the customer's critical health-care needs. Simply horrible and I happily sign my name to this review.

Best service ever for hot breakfast. Franki went above and beyond. I really appreciate her kindness to a stranger. Breakfast was great too!!

Staff seems unhappy . Shelves are poorly stocked . Daytime deli gets a star . The night shift is slow . Meat department gets a star . The rest of the store needs to improve . We'll do most of our shopping elsewhere .

Just very disappointed with the way I’ve seen rude customers being allowed to treat staff and how the managers do nothing to step in and help their members. Managers are unhelpful and uncaring.
