4 packages not delivered this week, yet they are stating they were delivered. This photo is the “proof of delivery”… literally a photo of some of the packages on grass… how is this helpful ? Our address numbers are very large on our house; not sure how it is possible to mess up delivery 4 times.

You're not allowed to call the local depot where your package has been stranded at for over a week. Abysmal customer service.
