The check-in was quick and easy and our room was decent but a little outdated. The hotel was full due to a youth baseball tournament going on in the area. The other guest in the hotel were very loud most of the day and into the night. The pool area was extremely overcrowded with very rowdy, children and parents not paying attention whatsoever. The water itself was a greenish color and not filled where it should have been to be ran through the pumps. The staff really did not do anything about the noise in the halls and just told me that they’ve learned to ignore it. The parking was very small and cramped. There was a man sitting on the bench right outside of the front lobby doors asking people for spare change. my husband and I were asked three times in one day by the same person.

There really was nothing good about this hotel. Check in was at 3. We got there at 5, and were told there are no clean rooms yet. We waited about 45 minutes then for a room. The pool area smelled disgusting, and the water was a cloudy green color. On Saturday we asked for more towels since there were only 2 bath towels for four people in our room, and we were told there were no clean towels. Overall, the hotel didn’t seem extra clean, the surrounding area felt a little unsafe at night time, and except for one female worker in the breakfast area, the staff were not friendly or welcoming.

I have stayed there many times for work related reasons. The staff at the front counter was very polite, especially "Dora". Room was nice and clean. Even enjoyed the little breakfast restaurant they have there.
Walkability: Multiple coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Better than any Hilton property. Nice and clean, great location to get around the quad cities. Amazing views of the cities no matter which way your room faces. I think...Anyway plenty of parking. Comfortable rooms. Really nice bed. Everything was clean in the hotel.Pro: Room was fully functional. Nothing missing or broken. I'm so glad I didn't have to be a troublesome guest like I have to be at Hilton hotels to beg management for repairs.Cons: 3 of us in one room and we had 2 decaf coffee and one regular coffee. Why 2 decaf and one regular? Not a big deal though.Everyone was kind too.Rooms: Clean rooms.

Pictures make things look better than in person. Remodeling was not from skilled labor. The bathroom faucet stuck out about 2 inches over the sink, not much room to wash your hands, very sketchy area downtown, I would not recommend staying.
Rooms: Outdated made to look better than it actually was. Good picture taking on them.
Safety: Sketchy area downtown Rock Island Illinois.

The location of the hotel is what had drawn us to stay at the hotel. However the parking was very cramped and small for the amount of rooms. However there was parking available across the street. Carpets and walls were stained. The bathtub drain did not work. The tile in the bathroom appeared to be painted over. So not the best upkeep at this location. The reason I would give such a low score would be the communication between staff is very low. In our experience the staff lack of communication caused my family to feel unsafe. We had checked in and got to our room. While putting my children to bed we had another 'guest' from what we were told open our door thankfully we had the lock on the door so we did not have someone just walk in to our room. However, that led to my children going into complete panic. I called down to the desk whom said that they would be right up. However, thirty minutes later I discover that the person that said they would be up had left and it was a new shift and he did not even tell the new manager on duty. So by then I am frustrated that no one showed up like they said they would nor did they plan to follow up with us whom the front desk gave a key to our room while we were in it. So I got no sleep and a promise that we were safe. Honestly should have left and found a different hotel they didn't even offer to change our key card so it wasn't the same. Also been over 12 hours since and was told that the general manager would contact us. But I can see that probably will not happen either. Also the manager had stated that it happens and that it was the third complaint. Would not advice staying here. I know I will never stay at that location again.

Front door been out of service for over a month. You'd think they would fix that. Side entrance been changed twice already. Please fix front door instead of renovating.

Wonderful people working here. Hate the new soap dispensers. Mine was either broken, or in process of getting refilled, not completed. TV location is great for one bed, definitely not for the other. Light switch for bathroom in entry way. There is plenty of wall space if turned around. Sink is too tall for average person, difficult to lean over sink. No towel bars in bathroom. Poor lighting in the room, needs a few brighter lights. No all day coffee. When there was coffee, I've seen darker Tea. Told front desk, they seemed to not care. Best place to eat, across the street. Open 365 days, specifically for flight crews staying over on Holidays.

Nearby activities: There is plenty to do for mainstreamers & backwater bandits alike.
Walkability: Easy access to The River in order to walk in & cool your head if necessary.
Food & drinks: My only issue was the absence of a small platter of crudite to cleanse the palette.
