This place has the best service both work and customer!! Will highly recommend this place to anyone if they want good quality work done CHEAP. Replaced my whole braking system basically for less than $1000 and it feels like a brand new car. Very respectful and educated staff on top of that! When I first went to this muffler shop I dealt with a Older Gentleman. Personally I give him 5 stars After making my appointment with him when I returned there was another man working. Pretty much ignored me honestly I stood at the counter about 10 to 15 minutes Him on the phone and running back and forth in the shop helping other workers. Because of his behavior I don’t recommend this place. Honestly with him I didn’t feel comfortable anyway. I needed a total Muffler dual stainless steel, I eventually just took my keys and left. Fuking Wow couldn’t believe itI’ll find another Shop

I went there because I heard an exhaust leak. The owner showed me what was wrong , told me there was a recall on it, and told me to call the dealer. Didn't have to do that. An honest mechanic and owner! I'd highly recommended this place!

A little while ago I got Tim to install my aftermarket downpipe on my mk 6 GTI. I was at school and had no way to check the work without a lift or jacks so I trusted that Tim had done a good job or at least done his job. after getting home and finally being able to get under my car to see why it was so loud I saw that they had not connected the downpipe to my exhaust but due to the incorrect installment the downpipe had been shooting hot exhaust onto my gas tank melting a hole in the cover and started to melt the actual tank. Can't believe they wouldn't honor to pay for the services I had to get done to resolve this problem. I won't be going here again because I dont want my car exploding because someone tried to cut corners.Service: Exhaust

I take my car here, they 'fix' it, I get it back, the problem persists, and I have to take it back again. And pay each time for the same problem I've already paid for. Every time; and its been over two thousand dollars in total. I just got my radiator 'fixed' for the 2nd or 3rd time here and I've had it back for probably less than two weeks and once again its having issues. My dad is the one who takes it to be fixed for me and I am starting to believe they are trying to take advantage of a poor old man. Very unhappy with the service. Same thing with my brakes which they looked at and made me pay for several times for that one issue. My uncle also went here for used parts and got charged for new ones on the receipt. Starting to feel like I'm going to end up dying in this car one day :/

Breaks work well but my car smells like cigarettes so bad! I am not a smoker so this is pretty terrible. All my clothes and hair smell like cigarettes after being in my car for 10 minutes. I will never go back because of this.Service: Brakes
