Friend went into fix a bsod error and they couldnt fix it. Was told that they updated everything. I looked on the bios and it was still on the first version. After i updated it. It worked perfectly. Don't waste you're money on repairs here.

Great service received, had my brightness fixed on my laptop and I am so grateful! Truly has made my year, one less thing to stress me out.
