What horrible customer service! If I didn't feel so dizzy and weak from covid, I would've driven to the sterling location. (I tested negative, so am ok to get more otc meds).
I called the pharmacy to see if the cough syrup i wanted was in stock and the gal checked and told me to call the regular customer service number to have them hold it at the checkout for me. So I called and was put on hold 4 times. Then I called pharmacy again and she told me, after talking to checkout person, to call again and ask for Tiffany. Assured me Tiffany could do that for me. So I called again and asked for Tiffany. A man cam on the phone and told me noone can do this,and to come in and get what I need off the shelf myself! I wish they'd communicate better and not waste my time! Very disappointed!! I was just following orders from the pharmacy!! Wow ❗

They have removed so many brand name foods and HBC items and replaced them with Great value brand, that it is no longer one stop shopping. I won't buy Great value brand.

Not a grocery location! Gas stations have a better selection of cold and refrigerated items. All they had was Milk, Butter, and Beer.
