This place is a joke, my delivery date has been changed 4 times and I still can't get in touch with the correct shipping terminal bacuase no one's ever there to answer the phone , terrible customer service. They had my package for almost a week and it's still sitting on the floor , no call , no email, no updates . Just a bunch of lazy people.

Very poor customer service. Item was delayed in shipping and no one is at the terminal for pick-up. Called customer service and was basically told tough luck. Avoid this place if at all possible

Got the call to get my utv sea tee I ordered, was told it would be waiting. They told me to hurry up so I did. I get to the place and it's not ready and the man at the warehouse has no clue I'm even coming. Then he couldn't find it, turns out it was loaded all the way in front of a return trailer. So hurried to get there then waited an hour and a half to find my seat. So yeah have fun using these people it's not worth the time or your money.

Never use this shipping company. Was supposed to have a shipment delivered to me yesterday which i needed yesterday and they claimed it was an invalid address. Said they would get it to me tomorrow now they pushed it back another day on my tracking tried calling noone awnsers the phones cant get through to anyone. Will never be using this company again.

I ship through Central Transport often. Their driver picked up freight from my shop and handled all the paper work ( I was not present and didn't even know he was there picking up the freight). Each shipment was clearly labeled. The driver accidently mixed up the paperwork and the freight was shipped to the wrong location while the driver left freight at my shop as well. I contacted them with clear pictures showing them the mistake and they are not wanting to resolve the issue. Such a small issue to resolve to keep a good relationship with a customer that comes back multiple times.
