“My college age niece's car broke down enroute back to Ames Iowa from Illinois on a Sunday when nothing else was open on January 14. It was so bitter cold out that day. Even with that, the staff here went above and beyond to help her! They were so kind and understanding. The staff got her the parts and tools she needed to repair the engine coil and spark plug issue. The one gentleman, Nolan assisted her with the repair, as he had just gotten off work there. I arrived to follow her back to make sure the car made it the rest of the way. Sorry it took so long to say Thank you. You have a lifesaving crew!!!”

“Very professional and amazing work. I own a towing business, with that being said I need my trucks to look good. I had Chad paint one of my rollback tow trucks in a week time frame.
