I had to come here today due to unfair and unjust reasons, but if it had to be anywhere, I'm glad it was here. The staff were all extremely friendly and sweet, genuinely friendly and sweet. They talked with me on a personal level, not in a staff/corporate speak. They made sure I had everything I needed, checked on me, gave me plenty of time and space, and we're just damn good people. I'm sorry we all had to meet under such terrible circumstances, but I'm glad we still did. And as a bonus they got some friendly and chunky office cats that roam and just want some love!

Took my 7 year old cat to get neutered. He's never been to the vet, they were very nice and he came home and was back to normal. I like that it's a small clinic. Not a lot of noise and smells that usually freak out pets. He was very relaxed while there. Taking my 3 month old kittens next month for their vaccinations and scheduling for them to get fixed next. I don't need all the bells and whistles cuz pets like simple and easy. Less stress on them which makes the experience a good one for them. So they can get back home, to doing what cats do best , anything they want..

We had two kittens neutered and it went very well! You can see that the staff really likes working with our pets and cares about them.

I use groomer attached to this vet facility. Rita S. Is fantastic! She has groomed my do since he was a pup. He is now 7. Fantastic work grooming and reasonable cost for grooming! Ask for Rita!

They care about your animal. They have the best prices around. I mean a rabies vaccine is a rabies vaccine. It does smell like pets in there. But it’s a vet clinic.

Friendly service they help me a lot to understand our dogs and cat very patient nurse I don't see any complaints no problem no questions these lady vet very nice and very helpful easy to talk to easy to understand clearly bad day or good days

Mr. Ghost had an ear infection but is now feeling much better! Super happy to meet his doctor! ***Update***6 months later and Mr. Ghost is in to be neutered. Still love his doctor!

I've been going here for years. All of the staff and Dr. Haenni are great with your fur babies. They have been very accommodating and have squeezed me in for appointments whenever possible. Thanks to all of you.

Just want to thank Dr Haenni and her staff especially Tammy and Sheila for over 15 years for always taking good care of my little man Bo and for making his journey to the other side so peaceful! I would recommend them to all pet owners.

The first couple visits were fantastic, they were kind and considerate of my dog who is a nervous rescue. They gave her treats and let her adjust to the vets and she allowed them to give her shots and there was only mild growls of discomfort and no aggressive behaviors. These past TWO appointments they have not respected my dog or her boundaries, not given her time to warm up or adjust, and MUZZLED her. This is supposed to be a vet that is in a network of clinics for nervous animals and they treated her awful. Now they dont even check her actual behaviors and muzzled her based on notes from the previous incident. I am FURIOUS that they would treat my dog this way and now I will never be taking her again. Vet that is good for nervous animals my ass.
