“Great service, fast and courteous! I accidentally locked my key fob inside my car with it running. I called A&M Towing Service not only did they get to my home quickly they text and let you know how far away they are from you, which is a relief! My technician David was polite, courteous and humorous while he got my door unlocked, I even realized he helped me months back with a dead battery and the service was the same! I highly recommend A&M Towing Service for any car emergency!!!!”

“I called because I had something in my tire. They were there in 15 minutes. It couldn’t be plugged had to be towed. Tow truck there in 10 minutes. Stayed with me until my husband arrived. Dispatcher was very nice and made sure I was taken care of. Very helpful great service. Felt safe!”
“Was in need of 1 headlight. Found this shop by chance. They were friendly, offered to fix my headlight right then. I was blown away. We discovered that my driver's side bulb was going on and off. That was a bulb Kim's Autobody put in, in April 2023 & it had bent progs, so I had both headlights replaced. Why wait if it's already malfunctioning. Had to wait a bit, but I worked on my tan, and a man sat with me and we talked and laughed and the time flew by. My lights are all working great now. My bill was reasonable and the man working on it deserved a tip. I checked my plate light on the back and its still working. Very nice gentlemen to do business with. This is not a fancy store like Green Mazda or Midas, etc. For me it was like going back into the early 70's and going along with my Dad about him locating a guy about working on his truck. I give them 5 ☆☆☆☆☆”

From start to finish, Ken and Thomas were incredibly polite, friendly and professional. Being that they saw I was in a dangerous situation and came to assist without being dispatched, shows the kind of people they are and the kind of company that they work for. The entire process took about 30 minutes from getting the car on the flatbed to me being back on the road with my spare tire. I have never had an experience with a tow company that provides such superior service, it was impressive to say the least.”
