Cocoa Blue has the best chocolate treats, ice cream and in the fall/winter I love getting a hot chocolate on our walks around town.

If they are serving ice cream, get the Salted Caramel! It's the bomb!! Has a more fun name in Wisconsin, LOL, but the ice cream is the same!!
