Where do I start?!?!?! Today I was driving from Des Moines, Iowa to ORD to fly out with my daughter and her friend. We are heading to Bali, Indonesia for a trip they have been planning for a year.
I drive a Ford Lightning. The App was wrong on where I would be able to charge to get us the full distance.
We pulled into Rochelle with 21 miles left (we needed way more than that to get to ORD!).
I drove to Prescott Brothers Ford and asked them for help. Within 3 minutes they had us taken care of. They literally saved the day and our trip. We would have missed our flight if it wasn't for their genuine kindness. They got myself, my 16 year old daughter and her friend a ride all the way to ORD.
This type of kindness just doesn't happen that often.
I will be purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership based on this experience. I will also be telling this story over and over. I can't believe how kind Chad, Rob, Ben and Gerry were to the 3 of us. You saved our day and our vacation.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Ben was great. Completely opposite of my last experience with their competition in Rockford. Worst car buying experience ever at Rockford competition is what brought me to Rochelle.

Updated: I can back 6 years later to trade in the car I bought from Rob ready to upgrade. My boyfriend also came in to get a vehicle. Rob got us on 2 new SUVs and did all the work to make it happen. It was such a a smooth process and will be back for future purchases!

Exceptional Service at Prescott Brothers Ford Dealership.
I recently had a great experience at Prescott Brothers Ford Dealership in Rochelle! I was facing multiple issues with my car that had gone undetected by other mechanics, but the personnel at Rochelle Ford quickly identified and resolved the problems.
Chad, the Manager, went above and beyond by providing me with a loaner car and delivering top-notch professionalism and reassurance throughout the process. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, personable, and genuinely kind.
I can't recommend their Service department highly enough for their outstanding service. The entire team at Prescott Brothers Ford Dealership in Rochelle, led by Chad, truly impressed me with their expertise and exceptional customer care.

Service department is really good, only problem Ive had lately is time of service seems to be long, even with appointment, sales is questionable, watch out for warranty add ons after agreed purchase price. Make sure that the car payment has warranty add-ons. Payment can jump a lot.
